Kıdrak sits within the same protected park as Ölüdeniz but on the open sea rather than the lagoon, so it gets fewer boats and less noise. Pine trees shade the back of the beach, the water deepens quickly, and a simple restaurant serves lunch under the trees. It is the locals' alternative when Belcekız is packed.

For swimming in Ölüdeniz park without the lagoon crowds.

Local tip

Walk the coastal path from Belcekız beach if you are already at Ölüdeniz — it is flatter than it looks on the map.
