Entry note: Separate ticket from Xanthos; the three temple platforms and the nymphaeum are on one compact site.

Letoon was Lycia's federal sanctuary. Three temples — Leto, Artemis, and Apollo — stand as raised platforms among reeds and frogs (the frog was Leto's symbol). A theatre and nymphaeum complete the small site. It is quieter than Xanthos and usually visited on the same day trip from Fethiye. The mosaic inscriptions that proved the Lycian language was read here.

For Lycia's federal sanctuary — small, quiet, and paired with Xanthos.

Local tip

Visit after Xanthos while your ticket window is fresh — the site is small and shade is limited, so avoid the early-afternoon lull in the car park.

Accessibility

Flat gravel paths; short walk from the car park.
