About this event

Organised by Salon İKSV's curatorial team, this exhibition brings together eight emerging photographers working in Istanbul across documentary, portrait, and landscape modes. The works were made over the past two years — in the city's street markets, ferry terminals, back courtyards, and rooftop gardens — and share an intimate, unhurried gaze at urban life. Open Tuesday–Sunday, 12:00–21:00. Free with concert ticket; ₺80 standalone entry.

The first brewery in Turkey was started in 1890 by two brothers from Switzerland, the Bomonti brothers. In 1902 they built a new facility in the southern part of Constantinople (now known in English as Istanbul) which still stands there today. It is situated in the Bomonti district, which of course takes it name from the factory.
