From a base station near Kemer, the Olympos Teleferik lifts you to the top of Tahtalı Dağı in about ten minutes. At 2,365 metres, the air is noticeably cooler — a welcome break from the coastal heat.

The summit platform and restaurant face the sea: on a clear day you can trace the coastline from Antalya all the way to the cliffs of Finike. Behind you, the jagged ridges of the Beydağları stretch inland as far as the eye can see.

A swift escape from sea-level heat to a 2,365-metre summit with a 360° view spanning coast and mountains.

Local tip

The mountain weather flips fast: check their live webcam before paying — a cloudy summit is an expensive disappointment.

Accessibility

Cable car cabins accommodate wheelchairs; summit paths are mostly paved but slightly uneven. Wheelchair-accessible toilet available.
