Damlataş Cave
A small seaside cave in Alanya with constant warm, humid air. Known for its stalactites and stalagmites, it's a quick stop right on the beachfront.
Right at the western edge of Cleopatra Beach, Damlataş Cave is a small natural cavity famous for its strange microclimate. The air inside stays around 22–23°C with over 90% humidity year-round, which some claim helps respiratory conditions. You'll see clusters of stalactites and stalagmites, glowing under subtle lighting. It's not a vast underground network — you can walk through in 15 minutes — but the constant warmth and dripping water give it an odd, sauna-like feel. Locals often pop in just to breathe the thick air. The cave's name literally translates to 'dripstone,' a fitting description of its formations.

Go before 10am to avoid the tour buses, and use the inland entrance instead of climbing up from the beach.
