The Sakıp Sabancı Museum's permanent collection is one of the most significant of its kind — spanning Ottoman calligraphy by masters such as Mustafa Râkim, Islamic manuscripts illuminated with gold leaf, and a strong survey of 19th and early 20th-century Turkish figurative painting. The collection occupies the mansion's original residential rooms and a connected pavilion, with Bosphorus views at almost every turn.
